Education and Vocational and Technical Training:
India is rich but Indians are poor. In rural India, one of seven persons is unemployed. This is due to lack of skill and technical training. ISSA believes in complete and harmonious development of MENTAL, MORAL AND PHYSICAL GROTH. ISSA started Rural Vocational Training School 1994 and the Industrial Training Center in 1998. The vocational Training School and Industrial Training Center aims not only prepare youth for various jobs in rural industry and agriculture but also for self employment and sustainable development of rural India. ISSA strongly promotes rural entrepreneurship.

- ISSA has FCRA certification from government of India..
- ISSA has income tax exemption under 80 G.
- Established Rural Vocational Training school in 1994.
- Established Industrial Training center in 1998. It trains 155 students every year.
- Established MMS, Daund in 1996 Today it has 1800 children.
- Established MMS, Patas in 2006.Today it has 310 children.
- Established MMS, Kashi in 2006. Today it has 340 children.
- Established MMS, Jr. College in 2009. Today it has 54 student.
- Established ISSA Youth Center in 2004.
- ISSA has provided drinking water for 85000 people in 33 villages.
- Nearly 90% of our children in our schools are from rural villages.
- Due to lack of transportation, school provides school bus facilities for about 300 children, rest come on their own, either by bicycle, two wheeler and three wheeler and even by walk.
- Children come from about 25 villages in the radius of 28 km
- 95% children are farmers children
- 80% of children belong to below the poverty line. The average income is about 700 US dollars per year.
- The main occupation of parents – either farming or agriculture daily labor
- 65% of children’s parents are illiterate
- Average strength of each class is about 50 children
- Student and teacher’s ratio is about one to Five.
- Most teachers are qualified (with teachers training diploma and degree)
- We have classes from Nursery to Jr. College.
- Total strength of children is 1850 from Nursery to Jr. College
- We have a small dormitory for 50 boys
- In our technical school we have courses such as – Turner, Fitter, Welder, Motor Mechanics, Diesel Mechanic and Electric Wiremen and Computers.
- These courses are for school drop outs and those who passed 10th standard
- Total strength of students in our technical school is 145 in 2008-09
